Our dark chocolate, black cherry ganache truffles are made with a layer of black cherry purée, and layer of dark chocolate ganache made with organic cream. Finished in a rich semi-sweet Guittard Couveture Chocolate shell, to give a little bit of sweetness. A new twist on a classic indulgence.
