We begin by creating our own purée from organic strawberries, then transform it into an ultra-creamy strawberry ganache. This luscious layer is generously spread over our signature pistachio cream and finished with our house-made candied pistachios for irresistible flavor, satisfying crunch, and pure indulgence.

Strawberry-Kissed Pink
A soft, naturally beautiful finish colored with finely ground organic freeze-dried strawberries. This option has a delicate strawberry tone with naturally occurring variations that make every bar unique.
Hand-Painted Vibrant Red
A bold, dramatic red finish hand-painted with Roxy & Rich’s 100% natural, plant-derived chocolate colors—without Red 40, artificial food dyes, or synthetic colors.
Both finishes are beautiful in completely different ways: one soft and naturally strawberry-kissed, the other rich, vibrant, and made to stand out.

Whether your bar is naturally colored with real organic freeze-dried strawberries or hand-painted with Roxy & Rich’s plant-derived chocolate colors, every finish is created without artificial food dyes or synthetic colors.

Many chocolate products sold online are made with melting wafers, almond bark, or compound chocolate rather than true chocolate. These alternatives are less expensive to manufacture because they replace cocoa butter with vegetable fats such as palm oil. Although they may look like chocolate, they lack the depth of flavor, silky texture, and authenticity of the real thing.
At Delta Chocolate Bliss Above Shop, we take a different approach. Our creations are handcrafted using real Guittard couverture chocolate—a premium chocolate made with a higher percentage of cocoa butter. This gives every bar:

- A richer, more authentic chocolate flavor
- A beautiful glossy finish
- A satisfying snap when broken
Our chocolate contains no palm oil or artificial shortcuts. The result is chocolate that tastes exactly as chocolate should.
Shipping and Freshness
Orders shipping Monday through Thursday to customers in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee are sent via UPS Next Day to preserve freshness.
Orders to all other states are shipped via UPS 2-Day. During the summer months, every order is carefully packed with ice packs to help protect the quality of your handcrafted chocolate during transit.
